CeramicSpeed OSPW X oversized pulley wheel system on a rear derailleur

About CeramicSpeed

CeramicSpeed was founded in 2004 in Holstebro, Denmark, where the company is still based. The idea behind the brand is that bearings with ceramic balls running in hardened races turn with less friction than standard steel bearings, and almost everything it makes grows out of that idea.

The OSPW is the upgrade most riders know. It replaces the stock derailleur cage and small pulleys with a longer carbon cage and oversized pulley wheels, so the chain bends less as it wraps around them. CeramicSpeed builds model-specific systems for current Shimano and SRAM derailleurs, from OSPW RS and the ALPHA versions with aluminum pulleys to OSPW X for 1x gravel and mountain drivetrains.

At the bottom bracket, BB ALPHA covers BSA, T47, BB86, BB92, EVO386 and Italian shells for SRAM DUB, Shimano 24mm and 30mm spindles, and OHD headset bearings and kits bring the same approach to the front end. The UFO range looks after the chain itself: UFO Drip for all, wet and indoor conditions, UFO Ultra Endurance wax for immersion waxing, UFO TECH bearing grease, and the UFO CLEAN bike wash and drivetrain cleaner.

Pulley systems, bottom brackets and headsets are specific to the derailleur, frame and crank, so Dragonspine Cycling confirms compatibility before an order ships. Everything listed ships across the continental US. For anything in the CeramicSpeed range not shown online, contact the Chicago location at 4357 N Milwaukee Ave or call +1 (872) 946-7006.

FAQ

Which OSPW works with which derailleur?
Each OSPW system is made for specific derailleurs: Shimano Dura-Ace 9250 and Ultegra 8150, Shimano 105 7150, SRAM RED, Force and Rival XPLR E1, or SRAM Eagle T-Type AXS. Send the exact derailleur model through Contact and it is confirmed before ordering.
Which BB ALPHA bottom bracket is needed?
Two things decide it: the frame's bottom bracket shell (BSA, T47, BB86, BB92, EVO386 or Italian) and the crank spindle (SRAM DUB, Shimano 24mm or 30mm). Both are confirmed before the order ships.
What is the difference between UFO Drip and UFO wax?
UFO Drip is applied straight to a clean chain and comes in All Conditions, Wet Conditions and Indoor versions. UFO Ultra Endurance is an immersion wax, sold in 400g and 750g bags and as a kit.
