Lightweight Pfadfinder EVO. Full carbon for gravel.
Pfadfinder is German for pathfinder, and this is Lightweight's full-carbon disc wheelset for gravel. The 36 mm rim takes tires up to 40 mm wide, Lightweight approves it for both road and gravel, and the set weighs 1,430 g. The layup balances comfort over rough ground with the snap Lightweight wheels are known for.
The polygonal Pentagon SL hub gives braking forces a secure path from tire to disc, which keeps long, loose descents calm, and its DT Swiss 240 internals make axle standards easy to adapt. Twenty full-carbon spokes per wheel run from rim to rim with no nipples or threads, and each wheel is built by hand in Friedrichshafen, Germany.
