Lightweight Meilenstein ART. Four years in the making.
The Meilenstein ART is Lightweight's most advanced wheelset. Its rim is built on Alpha Rib Technology, a patented network of carbon ribs inside the rim cavity that raises lateral stiffness while saving weight. The 45 mm rim has a 22.9 mm internal width, is shaped for 28 mm and wider tubeless tires, and the set weighs 1,190 g.
Each wheel has 20 full-carbon spokes that run in one continuous line from rim to rim, bonded directly into the internal ribs with no bends, nipples or threads. The Penta-Fly hub uses oversized flanges around DT Swiss 180 EXP internals, and every wheel is finished by hand in Friedrichshafen, Germany, in a smooth carbon finish that is new to the Lightweight range.
